Supervision is a vital step in the process to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. It is a time to not only develop your professional skills, but also reflect on your practice, identify what work your are most passionate about, and truly understand the impact you have on your clients.

 

​Olivia is a Virginia board approved clinical supervisor and provides individual supervision to MSW graduates working towards their clinical licensure. She has worked with many different populations, in a variety of settings, and uses that experience to guide supervisees through their questions and challenges. Olivia's work with her own clients is strength-based and collaborative, using a variety of techniques based on the client's individual needs. She loves helping LCSW supervisees develop their clinical style. Supervision sessions will be focused not only on the clinical work you are doing, but helping you feel prepared to take the LCSW exam as well.
