Out-of-Network
We are considered an Out-of-Network provider with all insurance plans. Wait! Don't close this window just yet. I know that is not ideal for some. We chose to be an Out-of-Network provider because we care about your privacy and are dedicated to tailoring our work to the needs of our clients. The restrictions of insurance can make it difficult to do that, and we strongly believe therapy should not be dictated by insurance requirements.
You can still use your insurance! We will provide you with a receipt (a "superbill") that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many plans reimburse up to 80-90% of fees, making sessions the same price as a copay. If you have questions about this process, please reach out, or it can be discussed during your introductory phone call.

We offer a small number of reduced rate slots. Please inquire if the fee is a barrier to our work together!

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
The No Surprises Act was created for protecting you from surprise billing. You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) detailing how much your medical care will cost before you receive care. Effective January 1, 2022, health care providers are required to provide a Good Faith Estimate to new and continuing clients that are uninsured or do not plan to submit a claim to their medical insurance plan for medical services and items.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the total cost of service orally and in writing. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day prior to your medical service and appointment.
If your total cost of service is $400 above the Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge. Keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in a safe place and take pictures of your Good Faith Estimate.
