Significant transitions that challenge our expectations, desires, or sense of stability can make it difficult to navigate each day. Life can be unpredictable and challenging, and at times, we all need a safe space to process our emotions and experiences. If you are in a difficult phase of life, I am here to help. I specialize in working with individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief and life transitions.
Emotional difficulties for children and adolescents are often expressed in non-verbal ways, so it is essential to create an environment where they feel comfortable exploring their emotions. For adults, challenges might be more complex due to accumulated life experiences. My approach is to offer a safe space where you have permission to feel the emotions you might be carrying and help you build a sense of agency and meaning through your life transitions. Treatment and healing are not one-size-fits-all. In my work, I am committed to helping individuals navigate challenges with warmth, compassion, understanding, and drawing from evidence-based practices. I am a certified trauma and grief professional, and my goal is to use those skills to help you recognize and process change in a healthy and empowering way.

4 Things to Know Before We Work Together
01
I will be creative to find something that works for you:
Sometimes talk therapy isn't effective 100% of the time. I tailor our sessions to what resonates with you and helps you feel more balanced. This includes incorporating mindfulness, creativity and somatic techniques as needed.
03
I want you to provide a space of safety and support
I believe that healing happens in a safe and calm environment, so I strive to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and accepted as you are. This is a judgment free zone.
02
Our relationship and connection are important to me:
I believe healing grows through connection. I am very intentional about building a therapeutic relationship with you so that there is mutual trust and respect.
04
I believe everyone has strengths to draw from
I focus on your strengths rather than just your struggles. Together, we will identify what is already working for you and build upon those strengths to create sustainable change. My role is to help you recognize your own capabilities.
